It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Tim and Bree planned their casual, Christmas Eve Eve (yes, December 23) wedding on a quaint historic farmstead in Freehold, NJ. Originally, their micro wedding was going to take place on an empty lot - the site of their future home! But unsure of the weather circumstances, and a fun finding by the bride's Godmother, the couple wed at the Oakley Farm Museum instead.
The couple did a ton of unique DIY - from Bree's bouquet to the beautiful altar with holly and pine touches. Remnants of the previous few day's snowstorm stuck around for some pretty pictures. I loved the grayish-blue color of the barn and (even though it was super slippery) using it as a solid, contrasting backdrop for family formals. The holiday touches and blue and white colors scheme tied in so perfectly with this time of year. It was a truly lovely affair and I wish nothing but the best for Bree & Tim in their marriage!!
